Terra Cotta floor restoration

I have a client with a terra-cotta floor in a 4 season sunroom that was installed about 25 years ago. It looks as though it was waxed at the time and definitely needs to be stripped and redone.
It would be my first time working with terra-cotta so i'm looking for advice here.
