This process sounds good to me with the little information given.
50 metal,100metal, 50 resin, float the floor with grout to fill holes. Come back after 15 hours or more and buff with hog hair pad,then dry vac really well. Give a couple good applications of ameripolish 3DHS after it drys buff with hog hair pad and vacuum clean of any dust.
3DHS densifier will create a harder longer lasting surface, prevent dusting and seals the floor nicely and leaving it anti-slip.
