aqua mix has 6 colors of saltillo stain they may have a grey one, they work pretty good. It soaks in to the tile. actually a waterbased concrete stain would work well, I would recommend the Smith paint concrete stains that would be pretty simple. I have given up on Saltillo, too much work for the money in my book....maybe its just me though...
