Will acid cleaner hurt the Basalt? It seems to etch very easily. She said she's had issue since she had it installed (not by us). Thank you! Try some acid cleaner in a small area to see if it will remove the contaminants. I don't believe there was any efflorescence. This time the tech used a regular sealer not an enhancing sealer and it is very possible he sealed it too soon. > Is there a way to fix it?
