There is no such thing as a life time sealer, manufactures' like to make
claims like 10 years 15 years etc. this are true statements as long as the
stone is locked up and no one ever touches it, cleans it, exposes it to
sunlight, etc etc. so as long as sealer are exposed to the daily use of
cleaners, chemicals , sunlight etc. etc. they will not be there for a life
time.
I recommend to my students that countertop probably need to be sealed every
2 to 3 years depending upon the use and exposures.

Subject: Life time sealers on granite
Hi partners
Just had a question about lifetime sealers for granite. There are a lot of
carpet cleaners in my area that are getting into polishing and sealing
granite and I'm curious on your guys take on these lifetime sealers.
Thank you
