Do Test Area first!
Clean first with commercial bleach and an electric pressure washer (about 1500-2500 PSI) or scrub with black pad under slow speed. Evaluate and determine if honing will be required and where to start, once you can see the stone adequately.
Testing is paramount.

I went to look at a house yesterday (new construction) and the copper roof has bled onto the limestone patio. I'm thinking we will need to hone it? Any other suggestions?  Picture attached.
