Looks like there is still a coating on the surface, I would first strip the
coating and see what stains are left behind, then I would do my first hone
with Oxi-clean using 3 scoops to 5 gallon of water and then see if any of
the stain are taken out. If try cleaning those areas with peroxide 40 or 50
volume . if that does not remove the stain then poultice with the peroxide.
