How did you get the referral? It confuses me sometimes when I come across a beautifully honed/flattened floor that they want a bid for work, I always think, “what about the poor guy who did such a great job on this, shouldn’t you call him?” Where is the reward for doing a great job?
Where I am from this dosent happen often, (usually the other way) but it is something that bugs me.
As far as the job I would use a mild alkaline with an pressure-extractor, then a 1500 monkey pad.
