I have a client with Fantasy Brown Dolomite on their rooftop balcony( awesome views) .

The problem is the big beautiful sun ball in the sky is baking the stone like a chocolate chip cookie in an oven. Too hot to touch on the top, and even the underneath is hot.

Is there something that can be done to put on it to clean up the discoloration, and to polish it out and to protect it from mother nature?

Enclosed are some pictures of the pieces of concern. There is a third piece, but it is under shade and looks normal.

It is starting to show signs of cracking .
