Tile cleaning of coated tiles, so here we have 4 small foyer areas in a commercial office, it’s our first contact with this new Management co, it appears the floors have had a coating and grout paint as well, so I did 3 test spots, one was stripper to see if it wax from cleaning service, didn’t budge, next was Viper renew, again the sheen on tile and grout still there but floor looked cleaner but not perfect, next I used paint stripper and removed sheen from both. So a couple of questions, we could offer to clean but grout would need to be recolored, can Color seal adhere to grout if it has a shine? To get it back to flat will require paint stripper and yet grout will still need color seal, im with Chris/Wendy Sparkle Surface care, we have truck mounted equipment as well, appreciate y’all’s insight , Jeff Jeff Davis (08 Oct 2024 10:25 EDT)
