Hello all

I'm bidding these office building lobbies. Each about 3000 sq ft with Dakota Mahogany (I think) flamed tile floors. One is 12x12 with some polished tiles scattered throughout. The other is 36"x36" all flamed.
The client is concerned with high traffic areas being darker and wants it to match the lighter low traffic areas. Also wants it sealed as they think it was never sealed before.
Any ideas on how to clean this to restore to lighter color?
