Your going to have to re-polish the stone if its not too deep .if its deep
you may need to hone and polish.

Subject: White Carrera backsplash damaged from grout haze remover
Hi partners
I just looked at a new install on this white Carrera backsplash. The
installers use a grout haze remover and etched the tiles in some areas.
Anybody have experience removing this chemical etching? Doesn't seem to be
too deep.
