Hi Tony
The dye still looks impregnated in the concrete. Use 60 grits sand screen with a 20” red pad and buff and screen the whole floor.
Vacuum and deep mop floor with denatured alcohol
And then apply 2 coats of water base sealer and the 2 coats of of high traffic urethane.
Below are before and after pictures of residential stained floor I screened and resealed
