If it Caesar Stone and it new I would have the customer contact the fabricator. Caesar Stone and some of the other quartz surfaces have a manufacturer's warranty. If you work on it you could own it.
Have the customer check before working on it. Caesar stone and other quartz surfaces are made with quartz and head together with a resin, therefore it should not stain and sealers will not penetrate the surfaces.
