About a week later they called and said they wanted just a little more shine…(keep in mind they told me it was perfect for their needs).. so they had their maintenance man apply a couple coats of floor wax to it. They said the wax wouldn’t hold... it shrank up into some weirdness and was all blotchy. Later I was told they planned to do this in the begging, but didn’t tell me. They planned to save a dollar a square foot from paying me to take the floor to a 1500 grit which would have been just right for their needs.
