I would suggest cleaning with an hand spinner tool if you have one use an
alkaline cleaner then the spinner tool. Start your cleaning from the bottom
to the top. If you clean from the top down you could and probably will have
streaks running down the wall.
The metal , I would sub contract that work to a metal company.

Subject: Unfilled travertine walls with pictures
Hi partners
Sorry I forgot the pictures in the previous email.
I am pricing out this condo lobby. The unfilled Travertine walls are a
little dirty and I would like to just price out a cleaning on them.
There is also limestone floors and lime stone walls on the small entrance
area. I did a similar limestone wall before and it was very difficult.
They are also looking to get the metal work done. There are some old
mailboxes, railings and elevator control panel. I'm thinking I will sub out
the metal work but if anybody has some ideas on how to do that then I would
be open to doing it myself.
Any suggestions on cleaning the unfilled Travertine walls and full
restoration on the limestone walls would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you, Chris
