There is a product made by a local janitorial supply in Orlando that will remove the urethanes and epoxy coating. the product is called Seal and Coating Remove. It cost around $45 + dollars per gallon. It does not have the VOC that paint stripper has. You use this product full strength. You still must protect painted areas. this product is much more user friendly then paint stripper. The supplier is Lawton Bros. Janitorial Supply located in Orlando, FL . phone 407-291-2501 I used this product to strip over 8000 sq. ft. last year. be sure to charge for this service. On a good day we stripped 160 to 180 sq.ft. Any suggestions as best method for removal? Also would like any feedback regarding working with high end home property managers? Good/bad experience? What to expect, do/not to do? Thanks for any feedback.
