Hi partners,

Just looked at an entryway for a high-end condo conversion in Boston. The mosaic walls and floors are more than 100 years old and have some areas that need replacement and repair as well as cleaning.
I've never really got too involved in this type of mosaic work and I'm looking for some advice here. They are not looking for a quick fix and I don't think money is an issue. Two of the units are in the $5 million range.
Any idea on where I can get replacement mosaics fabricated? it looks like the walls are porcelain painted and the floors could be natural stone.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
