Does anyone know about Masterpiece Manufacturing which recently acquired IPT in Las Vegas?

I made a purchase from them and needed some customer service (shipped the wrong item) and the phone has not been answered after numerous attempts, nor have any emails been answered.

A local supplier has recently dropped them due to lack of service.
