Hey those of you that have struggled with keeping enough technicians employed this might help. My wife found a site called "Indeed", here in California. i've been getting a lot of emails from them and picked up a couple of good guys. I get kind of flooded with the unqualified, but I searched through them all and found what I needed. Very few with qualifying skills but I succumb to the fact that I'm just going to have to train New technicians. I put up signs and used craigslist but nothing ever worked like "indeed". I got about 20 applicants in the last three weeks. And they still keep coming. Again most are unqualified, but yesterday I got one with polishing skills with the countertop fabrication background Good luck to you all Tony DeLuna 925-625-9625 www.PatriotStoneRestoration.com
