You can remove the fill.
You can make some stone chip and fill and grind off them refill with fine
chips and then fill pin holes with glue re-polish and seal. This is a lot of
work and time.

Good morning partners, a customer has a granite countertops that they want
polished. In one area there is evidence of a repair with a clear filler that
has some scratches. Nothing can be done to avoid those scratches in the
filler right?
