I would contact Richard James Chemicals and talk to them about their StoneLoc products. This has a much quicker dry time than XGen.

Team,

I have a hospital ER lobby that never shuts down. We have talked to them about applying xGen coating, but they cannot shut down for the work and then the 12 hours' dry time.

As you see in the pics, this tile is very porous and next to impossible for them to keep clean. Is there a penetrating sealer that anyone has used that they would recommend a demo on this type of surface? Needs to dry rather quickly but help with their cleaning? Thanks
