Hi partners

Cleaning up this Carrara fireplace and looking for thoughts on what to use in these big gaps between the pieces. Usually use silver shadow caulking/grout from Laticrete (tube) but some gaps are too big.
Need to do some crack repairs with polyester so thought I might use for the large gaps also.
Thoughts?
