I'm really NOT trying to be a smart ass but my preferred and the only method I use is a crew of young men and a pneumatic demo hammers ,after installing miles back in the late 80's ,and hating every minute. there is not enough $$$ anywhere for me to touch Saltillo  in ANY way ,shape or fashion
