Thanks for the feed back. I was told by the contractor that there were light scratches from straps during transport. They had there installers try to fix it twice. When I got there there was that mess I'm definitely not going to touch it. The contractors are buying these pieces at those warehouse where everything is from China so the quality is substandard and cheap. I'm sure there's no warranty and they offered to replace it but told the homeowner that's how Quartz is and if they replace it will look the same. I was contacted by the contractor but I agree with the homeowner its crap. Any advice on how to respond to this situation.
