Taking it higher will produce better results as Mike says.
Calacatta is generally easy to polish
It polishes fast-you could be on something called calacatta but maybe different.
Or maybe the lobby is just bet up and the lippage is messing you up a bit.
Really you shouldn't have to do 5x twice so something in your process may be off.
Are you running the diamonds long enough?
You could try crystalizer but with white marble it can be tricky.
How much 5x are you using and for how long.
