Your going to need to use an acid based cleaner. I would recommend Prosco Masonry Clea

ner 600 dilute more than recommended , be sure to wear safety glasses and rubber gloves. Apply with a sponge do not spray.
Allow dwell time with a scraper , then brush vac rinse , this will probably take two applications , after the acid then clean with a neutral cleaner to neutralize the surface. This will work on the porcelain and the slate. If the slate need more attention you can use a honing powder or honing pad to remove the remainder and give a new honed surface to the slate. When completed seal with an impregnating sealer or to enhance the color use a color enhancing sealer , solvent based.

Wanting some suggestions on restoring this water feature in a spa. 🙀😬. The walls are porcelain and the bottom ledge is slate. All are really bad hard water damage wondering best way to restore or is it waste of time.
Thanks
Justin
