On Saltillo/ mex-paver stripping, very challenging but good money.
I always require 50% to start then 35% after stripping.
Let it dry for a few days or a week. Put in writing any foot prints additional charge to remove because now it’s wet again and may need another day to dry.
The sealing is easy all the stripping is most of the job so that’s why you want to get most of that money upfront

Doing a job like this will require off days in between drying out the clay from the initial stripping to waiting a day for the first sealer to cure. Then of-course will you be able to get the proper pricing for doing this work .
