Pat,

I'm the same, something is better than nothing. 3 guys on site, 10 days,
labor expense $4,100.00  Then add the sissor lift (spelling?) for two
weeks.....equals zero profit. I'm going to make an offer and it will work
out or not. Not going to sweat this one as it will be a tall order and
very little for the effort. Thanks for the advice.
