Guys,

The sad reality is I may have to walk from this one. 2,000sf, wall hight
35' and this fabricator doesn't want to spend any money. He's claiming he
can get it done for $5,000........I was double that. This is a two week
project, 3 men and rental equipment.

I just made an offer and there is no way I take this beast on without the
payout upon completion. Not worth it!
