Bob, yes always take the high road. Stu, believe it or not this is only the 2nd time this has happened. Not saying I get every job but have never been truly stood up on an appointment to look at a job. Had a lady schedule a small marble kitchen restoration with us this summer and I texted her before we left only to find out she was “all set”.
